What we do not collect

There is no account, no signup and no login on Hummingtomidi. Using the converter does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail. We do not store conversions, conversion history, or the audio files you open. There is no database behind this site and no server-side processing for the tool.

What happens to your file

When you choose a file, it is decoded and analyzed in your browser with the Web Audio API. The file is never uploaded to a server and is not sent to any third party. The generated .mid is built locally and stays on your device until you download or copy it. Close the tab and nothing remains.

Ads, analytics, cookies and third parties

There are no advertisements, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts and no cookies on this site. We do not set cookies and we do not use local storage to profile visitors. If advertising or analytics is added in the future, this policy will be updated before those features go live, and it will name the third parties involved and disclose any cookies or similar technologies they use.

Hosting

These pages are static files served by Cloudflare Pages. We run no backend of our own and add no tracking of our own on top of the pages.
